At BRMC, wellness unfolds both indoors and out. It’s anchored by Ascent Wellness & Fitness, the on-site wellness center, offering spaces for training, classes, and recovery, while the mountain itself invites movement throughout the day—from quiet morning walks on the trails to afternoons by the pool and evening strolls as the ridgelines soften at sunset.
With miles of trails, fresh air, and spaces designed to support both activity and restoration, routines take shape naturally here—less about intensity and more about balance, consistency, and feeling at home in your body and your time on the mountain.
Designed as a place to move, restore, and reconnect, Ascent offers a comprehensive fitness experience within the community. Thoughtfully appointed with advanced equipment, strength training, and spaces for functional movement, it supports everything from daily workouts to more focused routines.
Whether beginning the day with intention, building strength, or recovering after time outdoors, Ascent provides a setting that feels both grounding and energizing—supporting a more balanced, consistent approach to wellness.
A quieter expression of mountain luxury, the spa at Ascent is designed for restoration and renewal. With thoughtfully curated treatments and an atmosphere of calm, it offers a place to step away, release tension, and return to a more balanced state.
It’s where the pace softens, the mind clears, and recovery becomes part of the rhythm of the day.
Following time spent moving—whether in the fitness center or out on the trails—Ascent’s recovery amenities provide a setting to reset and restore. Steam and sauna experiences help release tension and support the body’s natural recovery.
Here, recovery is not separate from the day, but part of its rhythm—quietly reinforcing a more balanced, sustainable approach to wellness.
At Ascent, group classes offer a more connected approach to movement. A range of guided sessions—from strength and conditioning to cycling—provides structure, variety, and a shared sense of energy.
It’s a setting that encourages consistency, invites exploration, and brings a natural sense of momentum to the day.
Yoga at Ascent offers space to breathe, stretch, strengthen, and slow down, often from the veranda overlooking incredible mountain views. Whether you’re beginning the morning with intention or unwinding after a full day, each class creates an opportunity to reconnect with your body, steady your mind, and take in the beauty around you. In a setting made for perspective, yoga becomes more than movement. It becomes a meaningful reset.
Ascent Lounge serves as the natural hub of the Wellness Center, a place to relax, refuel, gather, or simply linger a little longer. With space for conversation, casual meetings, provisions, and post-workout connection, the lounge brings a social rhythm to wellness. It’s where members can recharge after class, meet up before the next adventure, or enjoy a quiet moment between the active parts of the day.

Personal Training at Ascent offers focused, one-on-one support for members who want to build strength, improve movement, stay accountable, or create a fitness plan tailored to their goals.

Held at The Meadows Pool, water aerobics offers a low-impact, full-body approach to movement in an open-air setting. Guided sessions combine strength, mobility, and endurance—bringing a sense of energy to the water while remaining easy on the body. It’s a refreshing way to stay active, with the added benefit of mountain air and time spent outdoors

Monthly field trips offer BRMC members the opportunity to gather with neighbors and explore the greater High Country together. Each outing is thoughtfully curated—ranging from local dining and wineries to arts, culture, and seasonal experiences—creating new ways to connect beyond the mountain.
